Whether you are a frequent guest or just visiting Santa Fe for the first time, staying in a local residence will enhance your enjoyment of the City Different.  Santa Fe has long been a special place for artists, writers, and those who want to take a respite from their busy lives and enjoy a different pace.  To best experience Santa Fe, you need to take your time, stroll the many side lanes in the historic district, and take in the beautiful scenery, culture, and food of the area. 

Our main vacation rental, the Abeyta Guest House, is a completely remodeled 110 year old adobe house located on the historic Eastside.  There are 2 bedrooms, each with its own bath.  The master bedroom has a fireplace as well.  The large light filled kitchen features a Viking range.  There is also a small den with a fold out sofa. 

The house has two beautiful gardens, one in the front and one on the side, which are in full bloom from May through September.  There are mountain views from the garden in winter and lovely solitude all year round. We are just three blocks from the galleries of Canyon Road and a twenty minute walk to the Plaza.

In addition, we offer a smaller guest casita (little house or studio) for solo travelers or couples interested in shorter stays at a fraction of what a comparable hotel would cost.  The Acequia Casita is a private residence adjacent to our main house.  It is located just one block from Canyon Road and a ten minute walk to the Plaza.  It has a private entrance, fireplace, kitchenette, flat screen TV, and full bathroom.
